Shipping policy

PROCESSING

We ship our orders on very next business day from the date of order for local shipments and 3 to 4 business days for international shipping. Once your package has been fulfilled, an email or WhatsApp text message will be sent confirming the tracking number.

LOCAL SHIPPING

We use TCS for local shipments. Usually watches are shipped on very next working of receiving the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use UPS and FED EX for our international shipments depending on the destination. Watch is shipped to our shippers with in 3 to 4 working days after receiving the order. Our shippers then ship it to UAE, from where watches are shipped to the destination and we receive the tracking details which are provided to customers. It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks (21 to 25 Days) for the parcel to get delivered.

DETAILS REQUIRED FOR SHIPMENT

Client’s full name, complete address and contact number along with valid email address is required for delivery purposes.
