REFUND, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If there is a defect or a technical issue with your watch, you may exchange or return your watch within 3 days of receiving it. Terms and conditions are mentioned below.

1.     Client should reach us about returning the watch with in 3 working days.

2.     Watch should be exactly in same condition as received.

3.     Watch should be sent back in same packaging and must be packed in same manner.

4.     Extra strap should be included in the package (if provided).

5.     Tracking details should be provided by client after dispatching the watch.

Please note that amount will be made after the watch is received and it has been checked by our team. If watch was ordered on COD, then the payment will be made when COD amount is received by us from courier company which may take 2 to 3 weeks.

We will accept the return even if you “Change your mind”, “Watch is too big or too small”. Below mentioned are the terms and conditions in that case.

1.     20% amount will be deducted from the purchasing price.

2.     Client will bear the shipping cost.

3.     Other terms and condition about the package will be applied which are mentioned above.

Our most of the watches are preowned unless mentioned as brand new. We make sure our watches are in pristine condition and in 100% working condition. However, your watch may have minor scratches on the case of bracelet. By purchasing a preowned watch, you acknowledge and accept that exchange/return requests due to minor scratches will not be accepted and have a limitation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

PIW reserves the right to refuse any return if there are:

Any signs of wear which was not there at the time of delivery.

Parts of the item are missing, including tags, manuals, bags, or other materials (if provided).

Any damage to the watch or packaging.

 

Product Images And Color Variations

We list unedited pictures of our watches and the pictures are taken in natural light. However, there might be slightly difference in person as compared to pictures.

We encourage our customers to conduct thorough research on their desired timepiece, including reviewing official brand websites and obtaining additional product information whenever possible. If you have specific concerns about the watch’s appearance, color, or any other aspect, we are more than happy to assist you.
